The Face Implants and Orthodontics
Precision in every smile. Balance in every bite.
TREATMENT OPTIONS

The right appliance depends on the problem — not on fashion.

Braces, clear aligners and growth-modification appliances can all be effective. The choice depends on tooth movement required, bite complexity, age, growth potential, compliance and whether surgical or multidisciplinary treatment is needed.

Metal braces
FIXED ORTHODONTICS

Metal & Ceramic Braces

Predictable fixed treatment for crowding, spacing and many complex tooth movements across a wide range of ages.

CONTROL • PRECISION • RELIABILITY
Clear aligner
REMOVABLE ORTHODONTICS

Clear Aligners

Discreet removable trays for suitable cases, with treatment success depending strongly on diagnosis, movement required and patient wear.

DISCREET • REMOVABLE • DIGITAL
Clear aesthetic orthodontic brackets
AESTHETIC FIXED ORTHODONTICS

Clear / Ceramic & Self-Ligating Brackets

Aesthetic clear or ceramic brackets reduce visual prominence. Self-ligating systems use an integrated clip mechanism and may be selected when their mechanics suit the treatment plan.

AESTHETIC • FIXED • CASE-SPECIFIC
Facial and smile balance
FACIAL & SMILE BALANCE

Orthodontics in the Bigger Facial Plan

Tooth position can affect the smile arc, lip support and facial balance. In selected cases orthodontics is coordinated with implants, restorative care or jaw surgery.

SMILE • FACE • MULTIDISCIPLINARY
Dentofacial orthopaedic growth modification
GROWTH & JAW DEVELOPMENT

Dentofacial Orthopaedics / Growth Modification

For carefully selected growing patients, functional appliances or orthopaedic approaches such as functional regulators or facemask therapy may be used to influence jaw relationships during growth. Timing, diagnosis and remaining growth are critical.

BRACES OR ALIGNERS?

Different tools. Same objective: controlled tooth movement and a stable bite.

No appliance is automatically “better.” Suitability is based on the movement required, complexity, oral hygiene, compliance, age and treatment goals.

Clear Aligners

  • Nearly invisible removable trays
  • Useful for many mild-to-moderate alignment problems
  • Require disciplined wear
  • May be less suitable for some complex movements unless carefully planned
  • Easy to remove for eating and hygiene

Fixed Braces

  • Metal or aesthetic ceramic options
  • Continuous control without relying on tray wear
  • Useful across simple and complex tooth movements
  • Require meticulous cleaning around brackets
  • Often preferred when maximum control is required
Orthodontic concerns including crowding, spacing, overbite or deep bite, underbite, crossbite and impacted or ectopic teeth
THE ORTHODONTIC JOURNEY

Diagnosis first. Movement second. Retention always.

The treatment pathway should be clear before appliances are fitted.

Healthy natural smile after orthodontic treatment
Long-term stability matters
Retention protects the smile you worked for.

Orthodontic treatment does not end on the day braces or aligners come off.

RETENTION • LONG-TERM STABILITY

Straight teeth can move again.

Retention is a planned phase of orthodontic treatment. The type and duration of retainer use depends on the original problem, the tooth movements achieved and each patient’s individual relapse risk.

  • Fixed or removable retainers according to indication
  • Monitoring of wisdom teeth, bite and periodontal health where relevant
  • Long-term review for patients with complex bite correction
  • Coordination with restorative or implant treatment when needed
Fixed retainersUseful where continuous support is needed for selected teeth.
Removable retainersOften used at night according to the treatment plan and review.
